Postage, handling, insurance and courier costs are additional to the cost of the item.

Please take your time selecting your purchase as we will only accept returns for refund if the goods are damaged in transit. This must be reported immediately to ourselves and the courier company.

Delivery can take between 5 and 25 working days, depending on your preferred delivery option.

Important Notice for Overseas Customers

Waitangi National Trust will not be liable for any import charges that may occur when delivering to countries that enforce this policy. Local duties and customs will be payable on receipt. Please make your own local enquiries.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 12.5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). If we are shipping directly overseas, the 12.5% GST will not apply.

Payment must be made prior to shipping - we accept all major credit and debit cards.
